We are seeking an enthusiastic program facilitator to create and lead programs for youth and adults based out of Burlington/Richmond, VT and surrounding area. Specialists are responsible for in-person and virtual program development and delivery year-round, supporting adult outdoor trainings, and oversight of summer day operations including programming, and staffing at our Twin Hills Day Camp in Richmond, VT.
Applicants should have 2+ years of the following:
- Program facilitation experience
- Outdoor program or administrative camp experience
- Supervisory experience
Salary and benefits: $45-50K, PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, professional development opportunities, and flexible schedule.
