Lecturer of Public Administration

We seek a public administration generalist, with responsibilities including teaching core and elective MPA courses, course design, mentorship, and service contributions related to program development and assessment.

• A master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or a closely related field (doctorate strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated effectiveness as an instructor in both online and in‑person settings.
• Significant applied or professional experience in the public, nonprofit, or government sectors.
• Capacity to contribute to online programming, curriculum innovation, and NASPAA accreditation‑related activities.
• Commitment to advancing public service values and inclusive pedagogy.
• Ability to mentor students through internships, applied projects, and capstone experiences.

• Doctorate in Public Administration, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in course design and evidence‑based teaching approaches.
• Engagement with professional organizations and communities of practice in public service.
