- Capacity to contribute to online programming, curriculum innovation, and NASPAA accreditation‑related activities.
- Commitment to advancing public service values and inclusive pedagogy.
- Ability to mentor students through internships, applied projects, and capstone experiences.
- Doctorate in Public Administration, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in course design and evidence‑based teaching approaches.
- Engagement with professional organizations and communities of practice in public service.
