Summary:
Oversee a comprehensive departmental student employment program for approximately 80 student staff members across six primary teams in Davis Center Operations & Events. Coordinate and facilitate a recruitment, selection, and on-boarding process for student staff. Develop and lead an evolving staff training and leadership development program for student staff. Design and implement training and development for professional staff who supervise students.
Develop and implement an assessment process for overall student staff experience. Supervise the team of 20-25 student Information Desk Assistants for the Davis Center including hiring, training and supervision. Responsible for the overall management and support of the two Davis Center Information Desks.

- Manage and support the two Davis Center Information Desks.
- Bachelor's degree and one to three years of related experience to include student training, supervision, or student union employment required.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work independently required.
- Demonstrated commitment to the values of the University's Our Common Ground and an ability to foster a collaborative multicultural environment required.
- Experience with assessment, project management, leadership, and operations highly desirable.
