One Day In July provides investment management and fiduciary advice, generally focused on index funds, to clients in Vermont and across the United States. Our growth has been rapid , and we are expanding our marketing team to help support the continued growth of the firm locally and nationally.

As a graphic and web designer at One Day In July, you will work with the marketing team in Burlington, Vermont to design marketing campaign ads, materials for events, graphics for internal use, and to drive the brand’s presence online. You will work on the website design and structure, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and GEO and that it provides an excellent user experience.

You will update content to make sure it is accurate and up to date, while also testing new structures and content to ensure strong performance.

• Design and deploy online marketing campaigns.
• Design print marketing materials.
• Design a variety of One Day In July branded materials for internal use and for use with clients.
• Create new content and structure for the website to ensure its effectiveness in a time of rapidly changing search behavior.
• Work on the One Day In July website to ensure both search and generative optimization.
• Work with compliance team to keep website content up to date and in compliance with SEC marketing rules.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tags to measure website analytics and drive new content and structural changes.
• Test a lot of new ideas. One Day In July is a rapidly growing firm. The marketing team moves quickly, testing all kinds of ideas to figure out which direction we should move for optimal growth. You will work with the team to test ideas, monitor their success, and be ok changing direction if things are not working.

• Skilled across Adobe programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Experience working as a graphic designer.
• Website management and page editing experience.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working on web design, building webpages and website wire framing.
• Strong knowledge of search engine optimization and generative engine optimization.
• Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Interest in the financial industry, specifically the realm of investment advisory services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Procreate and Procreate Dreams is a plus.
