Validation Engineer

We’re hiring Verification Engineers to help test and validate a range of aircraft systems, including flight controls, cabin systems, flight instruments, and hardware. In this role, you’ll run, automate, and analyze verification testing across systems and subsystems that are critical to electric aviation.

• Execute verification testing across SiL/HiL, benches, and integrated system rigs
• Test and verify systems such as flight controls, propulsion, batteries, actuators, and avionics
• Write clear test cases, procedures, and scripts with defined pass/fail criteria
• Maintain traceability between tests, requirements, and results
• Collaborate with systems and discipline engineers to plan tests, review results, and resolve issues
• Automate test execution, regression suites, and data analysis
• Support lab setup, organization, and safe operation
• Produce concise test reports, dashboards, and coverage summaries

• 2+ years of verification and test experience in aerospace, automotive, robotics, or other safety-critical domains
• Hands‑on experience with SiL/HiL or integrated electromechanical systems
• Strong test planning, execution, and documentation skills
• Experience with requirements traceability, configuration management, and defect tracking
• Proficiency in Python (MATLAB/Simulink a plus)
• Familiarity with safety and certification standards (ARP
  4754A/4761, DO-178C/DO-254, or similar)
• Comfortable working hands‑on in a lab and collaborating in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
