Come join our team. Our client is looking for an OEM Program Specialist for an 11-month contract in Burlington, VT 05401.

Contract Duration: 11 Months
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Customer focrelationship skills.
- Proven technical, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent command of business English for written and oral communications.
- Proficient trouble computer troubleshooting methodologies (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications).
- Prior work experience in an office environment; familiarity with web-based technologies and Windows environment.
Daily Responsibilities
Support the OEM Services Team in project coordination & execution.
- Including launch of new programs, initiatives, or product solutions.
Assist in ensuring retailer compliance.
- Manage and facilitate pre-approval submissions as needed for clients.
- Acting as the OEM Program Compliance Subject Matter Expert to assist internal teams in web product creation.
- Reviews and implements resolutions identified in the client audit or infractions.
- Keeping abreast of changes to OEM compliance covenants, programs, and monitoring efforts on Digital Solutions.
Assist in the required program’s daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
- Processes retailer orders
- Assists in website asset implementation
- Generates documents and reports for clients as guided by the Program Managers
- Researches billing and advertising discrepancies
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of trainings, meetings, and events (as needed).
