• Drive strategic planning, annual operating plan, and financial forecasting with functional partners and businesses.
• Deliver objective and financially focused insights to business leaders of the Industrial Flow Operating Group while leading strategic initiatives, forecasting, planning, and execution against financial goals.
• Support various Corporate FP&A and leadership projects and requests, including build‑out of KPIs to P&L, ERP conversions, and integration of acquisitions.
• Implement and facilitate weekly and monthly routines and reports, including variance analysis and aspects of the monthly close process.
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Previous experience in a Financial Analyst or SFA role (preferred).
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer‑facing experience and excellent communication skills.
• Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
