Location: Burlington, VT (frequent travel to Montpelier, VT)

Employment Status: Full time

Base Pay Range: $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

As a Client Services Associate at One Day In July, you will assist the financial advisors with the following duties:

• Assist Advisor Team with calls from prospective and existing clients; schedule meetings and manage client meetings.
• Review materials related to new clients and accounts to ensure proper documentation and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Update client records, organize communications and take corrective action as needed in both Charles Schwab and the company CRM.
• Coordinate with clients to complete various paperwork and other tasks.
• Prioritize and track items that need to be accomplished while managing deadlines.
• Become an expert in the day-to-day activities of the business and train others.
• Manage and execute various projects for the firm.
• Coordinate communications and workflows with Advisors and others in the firm.
• Organize a large amount of paperwork and digital files.

• Proven record of providing superior client service, attention to detail, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive: identifies opportunities and problems and takes action without being asked.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
