Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr – $24.66/hr

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions and introducing them to our team of experts – helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
  • Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
  • Educate clients on how technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs can help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
  • Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Customer‑centric mindset – put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
  • Relationship building – demonstrate genuine care and concern during interactions with clients.
  • Client engagement – communicate clearly and politely to understand and anticipate client needs.
  • Problem resolution – quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail to provide a consistent experience.
  • Service elevation – collaborate as a team to deliver seamless, sincere service.
  • Rapid learning – quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
  • Prior client service experience or comparable experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
  • Cash handling experience.
