We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our care team at Elderwood at Burlington.
We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions on day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Position Overview
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personal and clinical care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. This role is key to maintaining both the physical comfort and emotional well‑being of our residents.
Available Shifts- Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Shifts available for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem roles.
Requirements- Active LNA license in the state of Vermont (or reciprocity)
- Compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference
- Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
- Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.
- Assists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.
- Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
- Conducts LNA job responsibilities in accordance.
- Attends interdisciplinary meetings as needed to provide input into selected resident's plans of care and documents restorative services provided.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in the state of employment.
- Six months experience in a long‑term care environment preferred.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff.
- Displays responsibility by taking ownership of quality care.
- This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. To ensure a safe work environment and permit unrestricted communication, the employee must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or advanced level.
