Shift - (Day/Evening)06:30 AM - 10:00 PM Monday through Friday, shifts are , 10:00-18:30 or Noon-20:00.
Assignment for up to 32 weeks.
Pharmacist needed for CVMC. Monday through Friday, shifts are , or Noon-2000.
Must have 5 years of experience.
Prior travel is not required.

Requirements:

• Sterile Compounding Competency (finger tip and broth test) along with math test

• Staff Pharmacist competencies to include medication reconciliation, order verification, management of vancomycin dosing and labs, and renal dosing.

Additional Information:

• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 1/5
