Position Summary:

They are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Leader to oversee the strategy and operations of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer engagement efforts. This individual will lead a cross-functional team driving lifecycle marketing across key digital touchpoints, including email, SMS, and mobile push notifications. The focus of this role is on delivering automated, tailored communications that respond to consumer behavior and support business agility.

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we engage with consumers across our eCommerce platforms, especially within our subscription and repeat purchase programs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative experimentation with data-driven execution.

Key Areas of Ownership:

  • Lead a results-oriented CRM marketing team to deploy high-impact messaging that supports retention, revenue generation, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and can quickly adapt to market conditions.
  • Design and optimize lifecycle communication flows using behavioral data and purchase signals to increase frequency and customer value.
  • Develop a structured A/B testing framework to refine targeting, messaging, and send cadence for improved performance.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Paid Media to expand automation capabilities and deepen CRM insights.
  • Oversee the complete campaign development workflow—from strategy formulation to creative execution—ensuring alignment with KPIs and brand consistency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and CRM infrastructure, working with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar to ensure functionality, compliance, and advanced feature utilization.
  • Shape the channel investment strategy based on key consumer insights, performance benchmarks, and ROI objectives.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing internal processes, tools, and creative strategies that scale personalization.
  • Stay ahead of CRM trends, technologies, and privacy regulations to keep the brand’s engagement strategy innovative and effective.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM or retention marketing, preferably within the DTC, eCommerce, or retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing teams, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo).
  • Working knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and HTML for email development and dynamic content.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and comfort with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms.
