Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Storage Administrator to support enterprise storage infrastructure across multiple platforms. This role involves managing SAN/NAS environments, ensuring data availability, supporting performance and capacity planning, and working closely with infrastructure and application teams to deliver reliable storage solutions.

• Located within commuting distance of Malta, NY, Burlington, VT, or Hartford, CT, and willing to relocate to the area. Travel to client locations may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Compliance with legal requirements: role limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and certain refugees and asylees).
• At least 3 years in Storage Administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Net App and Pure Storage in production environments.
• Proficiency in SAN/NAS technologies and tools (e.g., Brocade switches, Connectrix Manager).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Storage Administration.
• Experience with content management systems, online stores, or payment platforms.

• Experience with HPE, IBM, or EMC storage technologies.
• Experience with ITIL processes and project maintenance.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multi‑stakeholder team environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Annual compensation ranges for candidates based in the following locations:

• Malta, NY: $66,140 to $85,249
• Burlington, VT: $71,693 to $93,201

The role requires prolonged computer use, clear verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
