Infosys is seeking a resource for Network Datacenter Support Engineer
.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY, or Burlington, VT, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• At least 1 year of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands on experience with:
  Datacenter racking, stacking, and cabling.
• Good customer handling skills and prior experience in Network and Datacenter Support.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair network issues (both hardware/software).
• Basic troubleshooting of network devices/ Wi‑Fi /router/switches.

• Basic knowledge of Networking.
• Must have right attitude and customer centric approach.
• Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW).
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.

In Malta, NY: $61,787 to $66,166

In Burlington, VT: $61,248 to $67,985

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
