Job Description
Infosys is seeking a resource for Network Datacenter Support Engineer

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY, or Burlington, VT, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
- U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
- At least 1 year of experience in Information Technology.
- Hands‑on experience with datacenter racking, stacking, and cabling.
- Good customer handling skills and prior experience in network and datacenter support.
- Install, troubleshoot and repair network issues (both hardware and software).
- Basic troubleshooting of network devices/Wi‑Fi/router/switches.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Right attitude and customer‑centric approach.
- Document all support activity within the IT incident and request fulfillment tool (preferred SNOW).
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
In Malta, NY: $61,787 to $66,166
In Burlington, VT: $61,248 to $67,985

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
