Demand Supply Planner

Base pay range

$36.00/hr - $41.95/hr

This role supports short-term demand and supply execution to ensure strong customer service levels and product availability. The Customer Demand Planner will collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Business Operations, and Market teams to resolve in-month issues, manage risks, and drive service performance.

• Act as the point of contact for stock unavailability and recovery timelines
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Business Operations to resolve supply constraints
• Manage short-term supply disruptions including product availability and quality issues
• Provide risk and opportunity feedback to Market Collaboration Planners
• Partner with Supply Planners on service and inventory trade-offs using scenario planning
• Work with DRP teams to improve short-term service levels
• Participate in Demand–Supply Review and planning meetings
• Monitor and take action on waste prevention (Finished Goods, Packaging, Raw Materials)
• Support innovation launches and strategic planning initiatives

• 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Distribution Planning, or Customer Service Planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Experience with SAP and/or Rapid Response (Kinaxis) preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced environment
