Marketing Operations Professional Posting Summary
The Marketing Operations Professional supports the Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) division by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing projects and campaign initiatives to meet enrollment goals. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and tracking comprehensive project plans across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, creative assets, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are aligned and met. The position collaborates closely with cross‑functional PACE teams and external vendors to drive outreach initiatives that support program marketing strategies and enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Daily management and execution of email marketing campaigns in Hub Spot, including coordinating content collection, guiding copy development, ensuring accurate and timely deployment, and maintaining quality control.
- Facilitate planning meetings, support ideation and campaign development, gather and synthesize data, generate progress reports, and maintain all project‑related documentation such as trackers, dashboards, requirements, dependencies, timelines, and internal communication records.
- Oversee coordination of creative asset production (print collateral, video, and digital materials) for all marketing campaigns.
- Recruit and coordinate student advocates as needed in support of program marketing.
- Report to the PACE Marketing Director.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field and at least 4–5 years related experience.
- Experience using Hub Spot, Salesforce or comparable CRM system, and Smartsheet.
- Knowledge of project management and experience in project planning & implementation.
- Effective writing and editing skills, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with email and office software, and ability to work within a team environment.
- Experience managing a wide array of marketing vendors and marketing projects.
$64,325 – $72,625

Probationary period may be required. Hybrid schedule available with option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy. Background Check required. - FLSA:
