Overview

Your local American Red Cross office is seeking a skilled lead volunteer to assist with new programming that promotes local volunteer recruitment initiatives in Northern New England. Do you have experience managing a team? What about a creative thinker? This could be a great way for you to give back to your community in a meaningful way.

• Help manage an ambassador program that encourages current Red Cross volunteers to help promote new volunteer needs in their communities, often in rural communities.
• Facilitate a monthly planning meeting, present virtual Lunch & Learns, develop guidance and resources, and conduct volunteer check-ins, among other projects that support recruitment initiatives and programming.
• Support the recruitment and programming efforts led by the Senior Volunteer Recruitment Specialist.
