Short-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a clinical or long-term care setting. The LPN will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care, safety, and daily clinical operations.

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of assignment
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical settings preferred
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including both weekends
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Candidate must secure their own housing
• Strong communication, time management, and patient care skills
