Position OverviewA Mother‑Baby Nurse supports new mothers and their newborns. Responsibilities include assisting and supporting pregnant women through labor, monitoring fetal and maternal status, and administering medications and intravenous fluids as needed.
CompensationWeekly pay is scaled based on estimated hourly wages and potential stipends available for the assignment location. Pay is influenced by experience, demand, location, and other factors.
Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience in the Mother/Baby specialty
- Vermont State Healthcare Provider license, or willingness to obtain one
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Identity Theft Protection
- 401(k) – 100% match of first 3% plus 50% of next 2% of contributions
