The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing direct outpatient mental health services and consults with a team of Psychiatrists, Medical Providers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Social Workers. Coordinates and documents care for quality and continuity of care, and for risk management.

Serves as a member of health care team and assumes responsibility for quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.

Practitioner should possess the ability to work effectively with a variety of ethnic, political, and socioeconomic groups and individuals.

Monday – Friday Work Schedule
