Premier Rehab & Healthcare at Burlington is seeking a motivated and compassionate Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a 13-week contract in Burlington, Vermont
.
As a Travel CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents while working alongside our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. QualificationsCurrent, unencumbered Vermont CNA license
Strong communication skills when interacting with residents, nurses, and other staff
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with tact, professionalism, and compassion
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including serving meals, feeding, ambulation, turning, and positioning
Provide personal care, including bathing, hair care, oral care, back care, and elimination care
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Measure and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output
Provide routine perineal and incontinence care
Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
Complete daily documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when accepting different assignments
Treat all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
