GHR Healthcare seeks a Travel Dialysis Registered Nurse for an outpatient dialysis contract in Burlington, VT. This 16-week assignment offers the opportunity to care for ESRD patients within a collaborative clinical team at multiple local dialysis locations near Lake Champlain.
Required are VT RN licensure, at least 2 years of general nursing and 1 year in outpatient dialysis, plus EPIC experience and current BLS certification. Shifts are days; travel between sites is required.
