American Traveler is hiring an RN - Acute Dialysis nurse for an outpatient dialysis unit requiring an active VT or compact license and EPIC experience.
Requirements- Active VT or compact RN license required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience required
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years required
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Outpatient dialysis unit (CRU) caring for chronic renal (ESRD) patients
- Schedule includes 8/9/10/12 hour shifts as needed with flexibility required
- Hours scheduled Monday through Sunday with no block schedules
- Floating required to St. Albans and Berlin locations
- No on-call responsibilities, but Saturday shifts are required
- 36 hours per week with shift hours from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays
- Reliable personal or rental transportation strongly recommended due to lack of public transit access
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April
- Local candidates accepted
- Position offers tiered pay rates based on direct-line mileage:
Local (50 miles or less), Radius (51-100 miles), Travel (101+ miles)
