• Assist prep manager with daily tasks .
• Prepare desserts, bread, and pasta daily for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with chefs to execute menu items efficiently.
• Stock and rotate food supplies to ensure optimal freshness and minimize waste.
• Participate in inventory management.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed by the head chef.

• Previous experience in a kitchen required.
• Strong knowledge of bread, baking, and pastry a plus.
• Experience with pasta making a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
