About the Role
Are you passionate about empowering youth and making a meaningful difference in your community? Join our Basic Needs Program at the Drop-In Center as a Youth Coach.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you are an important part of the Drop-In’s community, and you’ll help youth access food and shelter, achieve stability, take steps to heal from trauma, and accomplish their goals. Youth Coaches are expected to participate in regular and ongoing individual and group supervision to address program development needs, care coordination for youth, and professional development needs and goals.
HoursShift schedule: 12:00 – 6:00 pm on Friday, and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
CompensationWe offer a competitive hourly wage of $21.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential.
