Commercial Driver Roll Off Truck

Redbox+ is a rapidly growing dumpster rental franchise based in the United States, known for its patented roll‑off dumpster with two portable toilets. Redbox+ of Southeast Wisconsin, a family‑owned business, is hiring a full‑time CDL Class B driver to deliver these containers safely to customer job sites and handle disposal operations.

The primary responsibility is to deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job sites safely, empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites, and maintain accurate reporting through the mobile e‑commerce app. The role demands strong customer service, safety‑first mindset, time‑management, and willingness to work in various weather conditions.

• Deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job‑sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform safety pre‑trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Log driver hours as required by DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/Service portable toilets using vac tank system
• Secure tarp containers during transports
• Empty wastewater tank at disposal sites
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip safety inspections and scheduled maintenance of the truck according to DOT guidelines
• Daily inspection of redbox+ containers and other assets of the company
• Promptly flag any identified issues to management
• Use company software to complete daily deliveries and pickups
• Maintain an excellent reputation with customers for on‑time delivery and pickup

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must provide current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
• Good driving record
• Valid/Current Class B CDL
• Pass a background check
• Pass drug tests before and during employment
• Legally able to work in the U.S.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Kenosha, Walworth, and Racine County area
• One year roll‑off driving experience preferred

• Excellent time‑management skills to ensure on‑time performance
• Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
• Navigate high‑traffic roads, driveways, and tight overhead environments
• Highly skilled backing and maneuvering when necessary
• Professional interactions with customers and maintain courteous behavior to all members of the public

Full‑time, Contract

$23.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Supplemental pay:
  Bonus pay, Safety bonus

• Commercial Driving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driving: 1 year (Preferred)

• CDL B (Required)
