Pay: $88,000–$105,000 annually

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Washington
