We are looking for a language expert with strong proficiency in Kannada and experience in Natural Language Understanding (NLU) tasks.

The ideal candidate will contribute to improving chatbot performance by completing language-specific tasks and collaborating with global teams to meet project goals.

• Perform tasks aimed at enhancing chatbot output quality in Kannada.
• Collaborate with global team members and managers to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in task execution.
• Engage with clients to understand task objectives and expectations.
• Communicate task understanding clearly and translate it into actionable testing outcomes.

• Expertise in Kannada language (written and spoken) with correct grammar and spelling.
• Proficiency in Regular Expressions (Regex).
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and consistency.
