Machine Operator

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Set up machines according to production specifications and verify proper operation before and during runs.
• Inspect products for quality, consistency, and accuracy according to established standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Record production data, downtime, and material usage accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience operating production or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

• Competitive hourly wage. $21-$27 hr. DOE
