CNC Operator

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CNC Operator role in Burlington, WA

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machines to ensure efficient and precise production operations.
• Set up machines according to job specifications, using setup sheets, tools, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to produce accurate and high-quality parts.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform minor program edits and offsets as needed to ensure product quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to maintain performance and safety standards.
• Document production activities, measurements, and quality checks accurately.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or safety issues to supervisors promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, setup sheets, and using precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

• Competitive hourly wage and shift differential. $21-$27 hr. DOE
