Why Join Munson Boats?

At Munson Boats, we operate a structured and highly organized shop, ensuring efficiency and top‑tier craftsmanship. You will join a crew of 3–4 persons who will be responsible for building a highly customized aluminum boat under the direction of a lead supervisor. We have a backlog of over two years of projects sold, offering stability and consistent year‑round work for our team.

Our state‑of‑the‑art production facility is plumbed with radiant floor heat, providing a comfortable work environment throughout the year.
