Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Operator II role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
  • Perform advanced equipment setups, changeovers, and minor mechanical adjustments as needed.
  • Lead or assist in training Production Operator I team members on processes, procedures, and safety practices.
  • Conduct in-depth quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activity, quality results, downtime, and material usage.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify, report, and support resolution of mechanical or technical issues.
  • Adhere to all plant safety procedures, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, GMPs).
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of production and equipment areas.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, suggesting process enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating material flow to maintain uninterrupted production.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and production workflows.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to document information accurately.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
