Position: Production Operator I

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Operator I role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
  • Perform basic setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to keep equipment running effectively.
  • Inspect and verify materials, components, and finished products for quality and consistency.
  • Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and facility guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas and assist with routine cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment.
  • Track and document production data, material usage, and workflow information with accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
  • Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industrial environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Reliable communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime when needed.
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols—training provided.
