Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Planner role-based in Burlington, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for operational excellence, reliability, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. With a focus on maximizing equipment uptime and supporting high-volume manufacturing operations, they pride themselves on maintaining efficiency and performance across their production environment.

Salary: $81,000 – $88,000
Relocation assistance available if needed
Onsite role (WA-based)
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and reliability-based maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Scope maintenance work orders, including labor estimates, tools, materials, and required resources.
- Utilize the CMMS as a reliability and asset management tool, not just for work order tracking.
- Own and manage CMMS data accuracy, maintenance strategies, and asset histories.
- Plan and schedule PMs around production needs to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Coordinate planned versus unplanned downtime in collaboration with maintenance and production teams.
- Support reliability initiatives by tracking and analyzing MTBF, PM compliance, and equipment performance.
- Work closely with operations to support Just-In-Time manufacturing requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive maintenance-related initiatives.
- Support overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) improvement efforts through effective planning and coordination.
- 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in preventive maintenance and reliability-based maintenance.
- Hands‑on CMMS experience in manufacturing, including system ownership (not just usage).
- Proven understanding of CMMS as a reliability and asset management tool.
- Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities around production demands.
- Familiarity with production‑critical equipment.
- Working knowledge of MTBF, PM compliance, and OEE.
- Experience supporting Just‑In‑Time (JIT) manufacturing environments.
