Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Temp Assembly Associate to join their growing team in Burlington, WA. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we'd love to connect with you!
Job Title: Temp Assembly Associate
Location: Burlington, WA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Enjoy three-day weekends with potential overtime opportunities on select Fridays.
No two days are exactly the same! You'll play an important role in bringing industrial products to life by:
- Assembling and fabricating components into finished products
- Performing mechanical assembly and basic electrical wiring
- Testing, inspecting, and ensuring products meet quality standards
- Kitting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
- Following production schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- Working alongside a great team to meet production goals and improve processes
You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone with the right attitude and skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Competitive pay at $20/hour
