Marine Fabrication Shop Operations Assistant

Marine Fabrication Shop Operations AssistantA day in this role

You start your morning with a quick walk-through of our specialty aluminum boat facility—checking shared spaces, tidying work areas, and lending a hand wherever it keeps the shop humming. As work ramps up, you jump in to support shipping and receiving: staging boats and parts, assisting with crating, and keeping documentation organized. You confidently operate a forklift to move materials and completed boats, and you’re ready to drive company vehicles as needed.

In the afternoon, you round out the day with general shopkeeping and janitorial duties to make sure the team begins tomorrow in a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
