Machine Operator Swing Shift

Our client, a restoration equipment producer, is seeking a Swing Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting Molding and Parts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a keen eye for quality, and the drive to keep production moving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Burlington, WA

Pay Range: $20/hour – With a $2.00 Differential: $22.00/hour

Shift: Swing shift, Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am (overtime may be required based on business needs)

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts according to specifications.
• Perform finishing operations, including trimming, drilling, and other secondary processes as required.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, identifying issues early and responding appropriately.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the molding process runs smoothly while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to keep production on track.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (typically up to 50lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
