• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

• Any previous comparable experience.
• Any equivalent experience as a pharmacy clerk.
• Familiarity with EPRN.
• Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud.
• Compliance with and reinforcement of all food safety, sanitation and safety regulations, guidelines, protocols, and programs per company and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding and performing ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Knowledge of computerized inventory management, control, and ordering of medications, devices, supplements, and supplies.
• Maintaining departmental standards, keeping workstations and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Counting, measuring, and preparing specified product using company best practices.
• Completing billing procedures correctly to provide best value to the customer and company.
• Answering phone and triage calls and inquiries appropriately.
• Understanding and adhering to vendor coupon, cash shortage, and company shrink guidelines.
• Operating the cash register and following all cashier handling policies to prevent loss, including tendering electronic funds such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT and Gift Cards, as well as cash and check transactions.
• Providing a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing of products.
