Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Technician II role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:- Perform in-depth quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using calibrated tools and measurement systems.
- Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
- Assist with calibration, maintenance, and verification of testing and inspection equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, product specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance.
- Monitor production processes and conduct audits to verify adherence to established procedures and regulatory standards.
- Train and support production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP).
- Escalate critical quality concerns to leadership and recommend improvement solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance/quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry/reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, including on swing or rotating shifts.
