Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Quality Supervisor role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily quality control operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of quality technicians, ensuring proper training, guidance, and performance management.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce quality standards, processes, and procedures across production lines.
- Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, quality reports, non-conformance records, and audit readiness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving process reliability, and enhancing product consistency.
- Promptly identify, report, and resolve quality concerns, deviations, or safety hazards.
- Minimum 3+ years of direct quality control experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of supervision or leadership experience within quality or production teams.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, inspection methods, and documentation practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with HACCP, GMPs, ISO, or similar quality standards is preferred (training available).
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- $85,000 annual salary.
