Are you looking for a fun, flexible environment with opportunities for growth? As an Applebee's Server, you will provide first and last impressions for guests, ensure friendly service, recommend menu items, and anticipate guest needs. You will work hard and enjoy the experience.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to communicate effectively, and committed to making an impact. • Greet guests warmly and take orders efficiently.
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials and promotions.
• Assist other team members during busy periods.

• Minimum age 18.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.

Must be able to stand for up to four hours, lift up to 25 pounds, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently move plates and baskets. Must speak clearly and listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely throughout the shift.

Employees start at minimum wage up to $16.28 / hour, with additional tips. Daily pay is offered (not available in California). Benefits include healthcare, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and flexible scheduling.
