Bartender

Job Description

As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, serving customers and supporting servers to deliver the best drink experience.

• Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Provide a friendly, engaging bar experience for guests and staff.
• Support servers and other staff in delivering excellent service.

• At least 21 years old (per state law).
• Strong communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Commitment to a positive impact and team spirit.
• Ability to remain stationary, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks up to four hours per shift.

Compensation starts at minimum wage up to $16.28/hour plus tips, with daily pay (not available in California). Benefits include healthcare, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a flexible schedule.

• Ability to remain stationary and perform well‑paced mobilities for up to four hours.
• Lift up to 25 pounds 30 times per shift.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and maintain hand hygiene.
