The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $19.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $19.00 USD - $28.50 USD per hour.

As a General Merchandise Expert, you will help create a welcoming experience, maintain store inventory, perform merchandising, and support guest services across GM and Food areas. This role supports inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up, promotion sign-up, and fulfillment activities.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and solving their needs.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to achieve business priorities such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, and arranging merchandise.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Change prices, set-up merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy as directed.
• Understand how operational procedures affect inventory, profitability, and product availability.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, digital fulfillment processes, and compliance with adult beverage laws.
• Perform all duties based on business needs.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without additional assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and environmental conditions.
