Location:

Burlington, WA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and profitability through proactive business development, strategic purchasing, and strong relationship management.

$100,000 - $115,000 per year

• $100,000 - $115,000 (flex based on experience)

• Find new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships to grow sales and market share
• Follow up on all sales leads
• Attend meetings and events to attract and retain customers
• Keep the customer database updated and stay in regular contact
• Use account management strategies to build loyalty and increase sales
• Work with Commercial and Operations teams to meet client needs and maintain service standards
• Promote a strong customer service culture within the procurement team and across the company

• 5+ years of proven success in sales or account management, preferably in heavy industrial, demolition, recycling, oil & gas or similar
• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or sales, or equivalent experience
• MS Office and some CRM exposure is an asset
• Driven, hardworking team player
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug/alcohol testing
