Entry LEVEL SALES PERSON

We are looking for someone to join our sales team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join as an entry level sales person at our Burlington location. We are seeking someone eager to learn with a passion for agriculture and a drive to build relationships with customers. In this role you will work closely with our experienced sales team to assist customers in finding the right equipment to meet their needs.

You will gain hands‑on training in product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service, all while representing a company known for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to engaging with customers to understand their equipment needs, promoting Scholten's machinery inventory, assisting with sales transactions—including quotes, negotiations, and follow-ups, maintaining a positive attitude, building lasting relationships with clients, and supporting showroom and lot organization to ensure a great customer experience. Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, an interest in agriculture, farming or machinery, a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment, and be a team player with a customer‑focused mindset.
