In our radiant-floor-heated facility, we build welded aluminum boats for clients worldwide—fire/rescue, research, high-speed patrol, and USCG-certified passenger service. We’re looking for a systems outfitter who takes pride in quality and is eager to bring complex marine platforms to life.

Join a 3–4 person crew and own a vessel’s outfitting journey from start to finish. Your craftsmanship will be felt every time a rescue team answers a call or a research group heads out to sea.

• Integrate mechanical, electrical, navigation, communication, propulsion, and plumbing systems—using all-new components
• Commission work across diesel/gas engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems
• Build out steering and control systems; fit and align marine hardware
• Translate installation instructions, blueprints, schematics, and system diagrams into flawless execution
• Confirm that every system meets stringent safety, performance, and quality criteria
• Uphold a safe, organized, and spotless work area

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or systems installation
• Broad knowledge of engines, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings and diagrams
• Self-directed mindset with proven teamwork skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

• Full-time, four-day schedule:
  Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
• Three-day weekends, every week
• Highly organized shop with efficient processes and tooling
• Over two years of sold projects in backlog—consistent, year-round work

• Four ten work week:
  Monday–Thursday with every Friday off
• Paid Vacation up to 3 weeks (based on time served)
