Pest Control Seasonal Service Technician

The Seasonal Regular Service Technician (Reg Tech) provides exceptional customer service during regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals and manual solutions toeliminatepests and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Safely apply pesticides and pest control solutions to building interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Conduct inspections toidentifypest infestations, provide customized treatment solutions, and communicate with the office as needed.

• Interact with customers to explain services,maintainaccuraterecords, and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle upkeep.

• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

• Must be 21 years of age or older andpossessa valid driver’s license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
  
  Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.

• Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

• This position offers an hourly base pay range of($25.00 - $30.00)/hour, withadditionalcompensation opportunities.
