Munson Boats seeks a Mechanic Systems Technician to join our team in manufacturing welded aluminum boats for worldwide clients, including fire/rescue boats, research vessels, high‑speed patrol boats, USCG certified passenger boats, and more. Our boats are assembled in a state‑of‑the‑art production facility with radiant floor heat for a comfortable work environment throughout the year.

We offer a stable and well‑organized workplace where your mechanical systems expertise will be put to work. This full‑time opportunity includes a four‑day workweek (Monday – Thursday, 10‑hour shifts), allowing for a great work‑life balance with a three‑day weekend every week.

• Install and integrate mechanical, electrical, navigation, communication, propulsion, and plumbing systems using all brand new components.
• Work with diesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems.
• Assemble and install steering, control systems, and marine hardware.
• Read installation instructions and interpret schematics and system diagrams.
• Ensure systems meet safety, performance, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or systems installation.
• Knowledge of engines, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
